In case you don’t know what is a hot pot, it\u00a0is a Chinese soup containing a variety of East Asian foodstuffs and ingredients, prepared with a simmering pot of soup stock at the dining table. While the hot pot is kept simmering, ingredients are placed into the pot and are cooked at the table. Typical hot pot dishes include thinly sliced\u00a0meat,\u00a0leaf vegetables,\u00a0mushrooms,\u00a0wontons, egg\u00a0dumplings,\u00a0tofu, and\u00a0seafood. The cooked food is usually eaten with a dipping\u00a0sauce.

\nIn my whole life, I never thought: \u00ab\u00a0I’m going to start with the dessert because I may not be hungry after the main course.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Personally, I never had any problem to swallow a chocolate fondant, profiteroles or a piece of king’s cake after a meal. It’s like I have a second stomach for the sweet part. But I have to say that after that I’m too full. So actually, start with dessert … is a very good solution !<\/p>\n
