Les petits sont compl\u00e8tement scotch\u00e9s devant les \u00e9crans et deviennent dociles et silencieux.&nbsp;Nous avons v\u00e9cu cette situation r\u00e9cemment et c&rsquo;est en me levant pour quitter le restaurant&nbsp;que j&rsquo;ai compris&nbsp;pourquoi&nbsp;ces enfants restaient si \u00ab\u00a0sages\u00a0\u00bb.<br><br>C&rsquo;est une r\u00e8gle que nous nous sommes donn\u00e9e avec son papa : pas d&rsquo;\u00e9cran&nbsp;pendant les repas !&nbsp;Ce sont&nbsp;des moments de partage et d&rsquo;\u00e9changes&nbsp;familiaux&nbsp;(et de sport aussi en ce moment&#8230; \ud83d\ude09&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et chez&nbsp;toi, comment se passent les repas ? T\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou pas ? En famille ou chacun dans son coin ?&nbsp;Pas de jugement !
